I have been posting less and less on the blog front of late and here is the reason why.
I have started a new writing hobby in the form of poetry. While I have always been a fan of writing and expression poetry had not really been on my radar until this year.
I had read a copy of Rupi Kaur's Milk and Honey and fell in love with the art form. The fact that you can express so much meaning in so few words and have people that relate is amazing.
I have not had the best of years and this has become my outlet for any particularly strong feelings - hence why the blogging has been slacking.
It started off with me just writing anything and everything into a notebook just for myself and then I decided to branch out and share my thoughts and words on Instagram.
So I created the account RTPoetry, you are welcome to check out this little hobby of mine and maybe even give the account a follow if you like what you see.
